<p><strong>Why?</strong></p>
<p>Because alarming statistics demonstrate that men need help&#8230; Suicide is the No.1 cause of death for Australians aged 15-44; suicide kills nearly 3x the number of people than road deaths; and 75% of suicides are male.</p>

<p>It’s Anthony Hart here. Today, I’m a man on a mission and I need your help!</p>
<p>13 years ago, suffering from anxiety and depression, I reached the lowest point in my life. I survived becoming one of the shocking statistics of male suicide [<a href="https://www.lifeback.org.au/anthonys-story.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Read my story here</a>].</p>
<p>Did you know suicide is the no.1 cause of death for Australian men aged 18-44? That’s 2,292 men’s lives lost to suicide in 2015. Of those men, 65% never sought any professional medical help for the illness that took their life.</p>
<p>Given a second chance at life and shocked at these unnecessary statistics, I became a man on a mission to help reduce male suicide. During my recovery, I discovered <a href="https://www.lifeback.org.au/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">4 principles</a> that helped me to get my life back on track. Believing those 4 principles could help others, I developed the Lifeback Tracker – an early intervention tool to help men deal with life’s challenges anytime, anywhere&#8230;..before they escalate to more serious mental health issues.</p>
<p>The Lifeback Tracker Booklet helps men track and discover the benefits of following the 4 principles over a 9-week program and it has been a phenomenal success. It won the 2016 People’s Choice Award at Innovation Box – Open State and has helped hundreds of Australian men already.</p>
<p><strong>My dream is to transform the <span style="color: #ff6600;">Lifeback Tracker</span> tool from Booklet to App, because of its potential to instantly reach and help the 2.4 million or 1 in 10 Australians who suffer from mental illness each year.</strong></p>
<p>I have personally invested in the concept development of the App and have appointed a top South Australian App Development company but now I need to ask for your help. I need to raise $100,000 to build the App, launch it to market, review it and release upgraded versions.</p>

That’s cool – renovating is not about doing the work yourself. This is not The Block! It’s just about getting it done and in most cases it’s better you just leave it all up to the tradies rather than trying to attempt any of it yourself.</p>

<p>This is not full time work. All you need is a few hours here and there to organise manage each project. In addition, when you’re just getting started it’s better to keep your day job as it provides a good source of income which will help you qualify for loans, and you can easily organise the renovation in your spare time. In fact, we’ve had students of Andrew’s go from knowing absolutely nothing about renovation to making $50K within only a few months, on their very first deal &#8211; all the while they were working full time.</p>

<h1>You’ve just won $100k&#8230; so what would you do with it?&#8230;</h1>
<p>We wanted to know [why not hey] so we decided to run another survey on our website over the past few months.</p>
<p>Well the results are in and as always they’re interesting!</p>
<p>There were 4 simple multiple choice options &#8211; here&#8217;s what happened;</p>

<ul>
<li>79.2% said they would use the money to buy an investment property.</li>
<li>12.5% said they would use the funds to pay down their home/investment loan.</li>
<li>8.3% said they would use the cash to renovate their existing home.</li>
<li>And 0%, that’s no-one said they would pay off their credit cards.</li>
</ul>
<h2>So it’s clear the vast majority of you still think property is the best way to invest your money.</h2>
<p>And we agree that’s why we’ve been running a series of seminars teaching people how to buy and hold property for the long term and more recently how to buy, renovate and sell property for quick profits today!</p>
<p><em>[On a side note it is interesting that some people said they would pay down their home/investment loans rather than pay off their credit cards because in terms of debt reduction it’s always best to pay down your highest consumer [non-deductible] debt first, which for most people is their credit cards.]</em></p>

<h1>Learn the 4 Steps to Property Renovation Success!</h1>
<p>Over the next two months we are hosting a series of property renovation seminars.</p>

<p>In fact, we’ve had students of Andrew’s go from knowing absolutely nothing about renovation to making $50K+ within a few months on their very first deal &#8211; while still working full time!</p>

<p>You see when we talk about property renovation we’re not talking about learning how to paint, install kitchens or lay tiles.</p>
<p>The aim is not to learn how to be an interior decorator or all-round handy man, it’s to learn how to coordinate and complete a money-making project.</p>
<p>What we’re talking about is ‘project management’.</p>
<p>So forget the tools! As long as you have a mobile phone you&#8217;ve got all the tools you need!</p>

<h2>There&#8217;s really only 4 steps to making money renovating property;</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>1. Find</strong><br />
You need to organise your finances, develop an investing plan, conduct research and locate a range of suitable properties that fit your criteria.</li>
<li><strong>2. Buy</strong><br />
Next you should professionally evaluate opportunities, conduct inspections, negotiate favourable terms and purchase below market value.</li>
<li><strong>3. Innovate [ie. renovate!]</strong><br />
Then you need to add serious value to your property through innovative design, forward planning, and project management.</li>
<li><strong>4. Profit</strong><br />
Lastly you need to prepare, market and sell your renovated property for maximum profit.</li>
</ul>
<p>Then rinse and repeat!</p>
<p>Always ask yourself two questions;</p>
<ul>
<li>What part of the project did I do well? &#8211; Make sure you do these same things on the next deal.</li>
<li>What didn&#8217;t go so well? &#8211; In other words what do you need to improve, or avoid, with the next deal.</li>
</ul>
<p>Then get out there and find another deal and challenge yourself to do even better!</p>
<p>Your goal each time is to make more money, in less time, with less stress.</p>
